Novametal SA aims to be a leader in the production of high-value drawn wire.
This goal is pursued by implementing a sustainable business model that combines the needs of profitability and financial stability with the milestones of the corporate strategy: occupational health and safety, good governance, social responsibility, and environmental protection, including due relevance to the climate change theme – aware of the needs and expectations of the stakeholders, current and future.
This is the framework into which are settled the management systems that the Management Board has deemed appropriate to adopt on a voluntary basis: the quality management system (QMS), the automotive QMS, the aerospace and defense QMS, the occupational health and safety management system, the environmental management system, and the information security management system.
The quality management system, including its respective declinations for the automotive sector and for the aerospace and defense sector, is planned, implemented and maintained to enable the development of coordinated and synergic processes aimed to achieve the applicable requirements and to improve the Customer satisfaction through a systemic approach oriented toward the continuous improvement.
Novametal SA bases the implementation of its management system on the concept of risk-based thinking, assessing and managing those risks and those opportunities that may arise in the performance of business processes, taking into account the organizational context as well as needs and expectations
of stakeholders.
The Management Board is absolutely convinced that, through the effective implementation of the quality management system – achievable only through the aware and active contribution of all employees – it is possible to improve the Customer satisfaction over time and, thus, derive added value for the company and all its employees.
